Biographies

Christopher K. Schneeman
President, SevenHills Benefit Partners.

Christopher Schneeman serves as President of SevenHills Benefit Partners, an independent agency established in 1980 that assists approximately 200 employers purchase and manage their employee benefit programs, as well as helping thousands of individual policyholders navigate their insurance options.

Schneeman is involved in numerous community activities, including receiving the prestigious honor of being named the 2009 Boreas Rex LXXIII of the St. Paul Winter Carnival. During his year serving in this capacity he made approximately 300 appearances at community events, schools and senior centers as well as 47 parades, all for the purposes of spreading good cheer and supporting organizations and people who bring helping hands to others.

Schneeman is also involved in a variety of professional association leadership roles, serving as chair of the "Agents Coalition for Health Care Reform,” which advocates for responsible health insurance reform in Minnesota. He is past President of the St. Paul Life Underwriters, past Legislative Chair for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in Minnesota, and currently serving on the federal legislative committee for NAIFA. He also serves on the legislative committee of the Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters.

In 1997 the Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters presented Schneeman its "John J. Symanitz Award,” an annual award recognizing one of its members for lifetime professional and personal achievement.

A 1978 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance, Schneeman is a third generation of family insurance professionals in St. Paul. He has built a stellar reputation in the life insurance and employee benefit industry as an expert and client advocate.

Schneeman holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). The life and health insurance industries recognize his professional achievements as a Life and Qualifying member in the Million Dollar Round Table, and as a “Golden Eagle” member of the Leading Producers Round Table.

Mark A. Boser
Benefits Advisor, SevenHills Benefit Partners

Mr. Boser has a key leadership role within SevenHills Benefit Partners as well as his responsibilities for leading our retirement plan practice, dba SevenHills Plan Advisors, LLC.  He serves agency clients as an overall Employee Benefit Consultant and as a Retirement Plan Specialist. He recognizes the complexities that small and midsized businesses face and understands how important it is to offer sound, reliable and reasonable recommendations for these businesses.

Mr. Boser entered the Employee Benefit field after graduating from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, BSB Finance, in 1997.  His career in Employee Benefits started as a sales representative for Great-West Life, a nationally recognized leader in the Employee Benefits industry.  Mr. Boser has been serving corporate clients as an independent advisor with SevenHills since 2002.  During that time, he also found time to earned an MBA from Bethel University in 2008.   

Mr. Boser has illustrated his commitment to the employee benefit industry by obtaining his Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.  He has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary(AIF™) professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Boser is very active in his community through the Blaine/Ham Lake Rotary Club.  He has held positions as Treasurer, International Service Chair, and currently is Club President. Mr. Boser also serves on the Panther Foundation Board for the Spring Lake Park School District and is a volunteer basketball coach for youth.

In additional to all the afore mentioned activities, Mr. Boser enjoys his time with his wife and three boys.
